Key responsibilities

  • Develop and execute marketing strategies for assigned product groups, managing brand identity and integrated campaigns to achieve sales, profit, and market share goals.
  • Plan, produce and optimise multimedia and digital campaigns (social, search, email, video, webinars, eDetailing) to maximise reach and engagement across HCP and channel segments.
  • Support sales target achievement, monitor performance, and ensure effective execution of marketing initiatives.
  • Use data analytics and market insight (segmentation, channel performance, ROI, promotional effectiveness) to prioritise opportunities and refine strategies
  • Manage campaign performance tracking, reporting and optimisation using digital analytics and CRM data.
  • Identify and engage Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) to strengthen brand credibility and visibility
  • Assess new product opportunities through market research and data analysis, prioritizing launches based on strategic fit
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to provide actionable insights
  • Represent the company at conferences, and industry events to enhance brand presence
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with business partners, ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory standards

Role requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or above in Marketing, Pharmacy, or a related discipline
  • 68 years of relevant brand marketing experience, preferably in the pharmaceutical or OTC sector
  • Experience in both B2B and B2C marketing, with exposure to multimedia/ digital marketing strategies
  • Strong project management, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage healthcare professionals and key stakeholders
  • Proficient in Cantonese and English (spoken and written)
  • Skilled in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
