(Sr.) Product Engineer-Power Management IC

Overall Purpose of Position:

Act as the data-driven technical decision-maker and internal project manager to drive New Product Introduction (NPI) and technology transfers for the product lines. Ensure products are strictly characterized, qualified, and released to mass manufacturing on time while meeting all compliance and reliability standards.

Qualification :

**Education:BSEE or MSEE with 5-7+ years of experience working in the semiconductor industry

**Core Requirements :

1. Proven experience in managing the NPI process and cross-functional project coordination. 2. Strong background in production yield maintenance, cost reduction, and technology/project transfers.

3. Solid capability to act as a technical decision-maker for compliance and reliability standards.

**Preferred Qualifications :

1. Familiarity with multiphase Controller and Co-package DrMOS/SPS circuit architectures.

2. Familiarity with ATE test methodology.

** Soft Skills & Tools:

1. Intermediate written and communication skills; ability to thrive in a team environment.

2. Self-driven, motivated, and highly organized.

3. Knowledge of Agile or JIRA (Project Management app) is a plus.

4. Knowledge of Minitab or JMP data analysis software.
