Job Description

Be the product technical owner
Responsible for product manufacturing cost reduction, e.g. yield improvement, cost of non quality (CoNQ) reduction.
Responsible for product quality improvement, e.g. adopt zero defect (ZD) best practice, complaint root cause finding.
Responsible for continuously product manufacturability improvement, e.g. hold cost reduction, test efficiency optimization.
Work with Business Line for business creation and to deliver a high quality manufacturable product and test solution for meeting or exceeding the required time to market and product cost, as well as business fulfillment
Work with test engineering to release test program.
Support fab/assembly/test house process transfer and volume ramp-up
