Sr. Process Engineer /NPI PM (Advanced packaging process)
Job Description
Responsibilities
- Lead new products from development and validation through mass production ramp-up
- Assess process risks for new products and drive process optimization
- Serve as the primary engineering contact for customers; coordinate cross-functional resources internally to keep projects on schedule
- Lead the engineering team and manage project planning, progress tracking, and execution
- Experience in at least one advanced packaging technology, such as Flip Chip, 2.5D/3D, Fan-Out, TSV/TGV, RDL, or Bumping
- Familiar with the NPI-to-HVM process; hands-on experience in any key stage is welcome
- Strong customer-facing engineering skills and the ability to communicate and coordinate across departments
- Team management experience preferred; managerial positions require several years of team management experience
- Good English capability in English
