Job Description

Staff plays a crucial role in facilitating patient care and administrative functions, ensuring calls/enquiries are timely received and providing efficient services while maintaining a high standard of customer service. To attend to patients (include registration, scheduling of appointment and payment collection) and address enquiries from patients and members of public via the General Enquiry line, Appointment line and Quit Vape Helpline.

Job Responsibilities

  • Handles calls and enquiries from the General Line, Appointment Line and QuitVape Line to provide information on IMH's services to patients and the public
  • Assists in scheduling appointments for patients and/or provides information related to appointments to patients respectively
  • Performs administrative other duties assigned by supervisor

Requirements

Competency

  • Service-oriented, confident and have a passion for helping others
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Skilled in utilizing and navigating digital communication systems and platform with strong technological proficiency

Educational And Professional Requirements

  • GCE O or N levels or equivalent with customer service experience.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
  • Applicants with previous experience in call centre are welcome to apply
