Sr. Patent Engineer

Wonderland Group has a strong and well-established patent team. We proactively build and deploy a global patent portfolio to ensure our products maintain the highest level of competitiveness in the market and effectively respond to competitors.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for the identification and filing of domestic and international patents, including prior art search and analysis, patent drafting, proofreading, maintenance, and re-examination.
2. Conduct research and analysis on core technologies and competitor patents within the industry; identify key technologies and develop offensive patent strategies to build the company's technical barriers.
3. Responsible for global patent risk assessments during product development and mass production stages, including prior art searches, detailed infringement analysis, and invalidation analysis (e.g., claim charts).
4. Communicate and collaborate with R&D teams to track project progress and understand technical features in detail.
5. Monitor and analyze global competitors and industry patent landscapes, and regularly produce patent analysis reports.
6. Handle other tasks assigned by the department supervisor.
