Key responsibilities

Medical Affairs & Market Access

  • Liaise with the HA & DH on formulary listings and drug access matters.
  • Act as the communication bridge between local operations and global headquarters.
  • Provide medical insights to support business decisions and ensure alignment with clinical practice.
  • Review promotional and non-promotional materials for compliance and accuracy.

Medical Science Liaison

  • Build strong networks with KOLs and relevant associations
  • Engage external experts with deep therapeutic knowledge and company data to address medical enquiries.
  • Conduct field visits with hospital/private teams to reinforce product confidence among healthcare professionals.
  • Deliver evidencebased presentations to medical staff, highlighting product features and clinical study results.
  • Organize advisory boards and scientific meetings when required.

Training & Development

  • Lead training sessions for staff on core products, therapeutic areas, and pipeline updates.
  • Provide refresher courses to maintain high levels of product knowledge.

Regulatory Affairs

  • Coordinate new product registrations and dossier variations with local health authorities.
  • Oversee outsourced regulatory activities to ensure efficiency and high standards.
  • Monitor pharmacovigilance activities, including PSUR submissions and followups.

Pharmacovigilance (LPS Coordinator Role)

  • Support safety management of all products in Hong Kong & Macau.
  • Maintain a compliant national PV system aligned with global standards.
  • Ensure timely handling of local PV activities and foster collaboration with regional PV teams.

Quality Oversight

  • Act as Local Quality Responsible Person, ensuring compliance with GMP and GDP standards.
  • Address quality issues with local operations and partners.

Role requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or above in Pharmacy, Chemistry or a related discipline
  • 58 years of relevant experience, preferably in the pharmaceutical sector Candidates with less experience may be considered for the (Sr.) MSL level.
  • Strong knowledge of therapeutic areas relevant to CNS, neuroscience, psychiatry, or specialty pharma.
  • Proven experience in medical affairs, regulatory affairs, or pharmacovigilance.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to translate scientific data into actionable business insights
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage healthcare professionals and key stakeholders
  • Proficient in Cantonese and English (spoken and written)
  • Skilled in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
