Technical Engineering Expert for Subcontractors (OSAT), Sr Manager to join our growing family. In this position, the successful candidate will be responsible for managing and resolving outsourcing technical issues while leading a cross-functional team to ensure the successful completion of projects. Key responsibilities include collaborating with OSATs to ensure stable delivery, timely resolution of issues, and cost-effective production. Additionally, you will lead the outsourcing team to align with and achieve company goals, fostering a growth mindset throughout the process.

What You Will Be Doing
- Leading a cross-functional team with subcontractors for technical issues;
- Coordinate subcontractors to identify root cause with containment/corrective solutions;
- Drive subcontractors to ensure mass production as planned;
- Take effective action, provide technical or commercial supporting to subcontractors for resolving issue timely;
- Collect dynamic information of competitors analysis, assembly technology roadmap and supply chain movement to define outsourcing directions and strategies for company KPIs.
What You Will Bring Along
- Master's Degree in Engineering or Science or equivalent;
- At least 8 years experience in engineering or operation function of semiconductor;
- Fluent verbal & written English;
- Familiar with Diodes process & Semiconductor package/assembly process.
