Join Micron as a Senior Manager in the OMT RDA Process and lead our ambitious projects to new heights! This outstanding opportunity allows you to make an exceptional impact on the semiconductor industry in Taiwan. You will own defect reduction and yield ramp up program supporting cycle of learning and drive IDL to meet TTMCY target.

Responsibilities:

• Manage, measure, and monitor projects to ensure deliverables and time frames are strictly met.
• Take charge as the Yield 5 bucket defect bin owner, partnering with OMT associates and IDL team members to improve the IDL program.
• Work with QE/YE/PI teams on containment strategies for key issues, ensuring that only quality products are shipped.
• Partner with suppliers to generate yield solutions that meet our ambitious yield goals.
• Identify and explore new methods of analysis and automation to improve efficiency for team members.
• Coordinate the training program and successor support plan to foster organizational development.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of management experience or equivalent level of experience in a related field.
• Proven knowledge of semiconductor processes and RDA related know-how.
• Demonstrated ability to successfully implement and manage complex projects.
• Strong collaborative skills to work effectively with various teams and external partners.
