About the Role

Our client, an innovative and rapidly growing biotech organization, is seeking an experienced Senior Medical Director to support expanding oncology programs across the APAC region. This role will work cross-functionally with global and regional teams to advance medical and clinical strategy, support site operations, and contribute to the broader growth of the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide medical leadership across Clinical Development or Medical Affairs activities for oncology studies
• Support APAC site operations, including active sites in Taiwan and future expansion in China
• Partner closely with Clinical Operations, Regulatory, and Global Medical teams
• Offer scientific and medical expertise to both internal teams and external partners
• Contribute to protocol development, study oversight, and regional medical strategy

Qualifications

• MD with 5+ years of oncology experience
• Background in Clinical Development or Medical Affairs
• Ability to speak Mandarin; Cantonese preferred
• Must be based in Taiwan, Hong Kong, Singapore, Australia, or South Korea
