Job Description
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of 15-30 employees by cascading targets, conducting performance reviews, and building critical capabilities for future business needs.
- Drive operational performance by achieving production targets, managing KPIs, optimizing resource allocation, and ensuring delivery within budget constraints.
- Partner with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to improve factory performance, support operational planning, and contribute to cross-sector projects.
- Foster a strong continuous improvement and safety culture by leading operational excellence initiatives, implementing process enhancements, and ensuring HS&E compliance.
- Develop operational plans, support policy deployment, provide performance insights to management, and contribute to departmental strategy execution.
The Successful Applicant
- Master's degree in Engineering, Physics, Industrial Engineering, Mechatronics, Electronics, or equivalent working and thinking level.
- Proven leadership experience managing direct teams within a high-tech manufacturing, production, or operations environment.
- Strong track record in planning, managing, and delivering operational objectives while meeting quality, cost, and delivery targets.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, coaching, and people development skills with the ability to influence across functions.
- Analytical, data-driven, and solution-oriented mindset with demonstrated experience leading continuous improvement initiatives.
