We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Outsourcing Supplier Quality Management with wafer fabrication environment and Quality system experience to join our experienced team, connected with a worldwide cross functional team and play a crucial role in enabling profitable products on the highest quality standards, if you are passionate about quality and technology and problem solving, we look forward to your application.
In your new role you will:
- Process Optimization: Support brainstorming effective implement and optimize quality processes and methods for continuous product quality improvement. Oversee quality planning, monitoring, and improvement of Infineon products throughout their lifecycle.
- Able to evaluates new & complex situations using analytical thought and capable to solve problems systematically in complex environment (customer/intern/supplier) Coordinate the deviation and complaint management business flow including escalation management. Execute the internal and external Quality lesson learn fan out.
- Response for define quality index and target to drive company NLoZD (Next level of Zero Defect) program. Coordinate Customer complain events and drive the improvements to achieve the defined target annually.
- Coordinator to management business process for Production crisis and customer crisis management.
You are best equipped for this task if you have:
- Bachelor/Master of Science in Physics, Material, Electrical Engineering, Quality Engineering or related field or equivalent practical experience is preferred.
- 10 years working experience as a Quality ( Quality system or Quality Engineering or Quality Assurance ), Process Integration, Product Engineering, Wafer Sorting and customer service engineering in front end wafer process or supplier chain management of foundries and test houses. Has > 5 years quality related management will be plus. Especially at automotive industry.
- Strong systematic thinking, good attitude and advanced knowledge of statistical analysis and quality core tools ( SPC, FMEA, MSA, GR&R, 6-sigma, 8D , PPAP , APQC ) and strong problem-solving skills ( tool and method ).
- VDA6.3 or ISO/ IATF16949 Auditor/Lead Auditor certification/experience and familiar with ISO9001 and IATF standards is highly preferred - Knowledge in functional area with deep knowledge in wafer manufacturing is highly preferred.
- Good language proficiency in English. (Native speaker, Advanced, Intermediate level is a plus), additional language skills are a plus.
- An open and creative mind, which likes to work independently, is self-motivated and is eager to learn and grow .Positive attitude and passionate with a proactive nature. Proactive, detailed in figures & have Can-do attitude.
- Good communication skills with global cross functions, an excellent task coordinator skill is need. Team spirit to own your fair share of routine tasks. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, customers and engineering team members.
- Ability to travel as required.
