. Independly handle the whole process of research project, capable to develop and translate insights into actions to drive business growth.
. Contribute to customer driven culture in day to day coach and influence others.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Manage customer experience projects and drive actionable ingishts.
- Lead cross functional research projects to identify innovation opportunities incl. new segment and new scenario from various data sources.
- Closely support proposition development and optimization.
- Monitor industry environment and market trend, actively collect valuable market information to provide industry insights and produce regular market intelligence reports.
- Regular internal sharing and training to elevate team's research knowledge and skills.
Minimum Job Requirements:
- At least 10 years in market research area. Hands on experiences with quantative and qualitative projects and analysis.
- University or above degree in Marketing, Financial or Economy.
- Quick learner with business acumen and strong marketing knowledge.
- Excellent office skill, especially on PPT and excel.
- Fluent communication both in Chinese and English.
- Good analystical and communication skill, proactive and committed.
- Customer focus, quality of work, accountability for results.
