Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Support IT global affairs and responsibility as below:
- Windows private cloud implements and maintenance
- On-Prem server deployment, configuration, maintenance
- Business continuity like immediate response capability during outage and recovery
- Assist with service ticket processing and tracking
- Performs other specific duties or assignments as directed by the supervisor
Qualifications
- College or bachelor's degree required
- Over 5 years of experience as a system administrator
- Practical management experience: Hyper-V cluster, Storage Space Direct cluster
- Practical AD management experience
- Additional skills: Zabbix or Grafana management experience is a plus
- Additional skills: Linux management experience is a plus
- Language skill: Good at read, write, listen and speak in English
- Strong documentation skills
- Commercial and business awareness
- Need to be open-minded, aggressive and positive to follow processes
