Responsibilities
We are seeking an HR Sr. Specialist to join our team! This role is not just about providing operational support to HR; we are looking for an enthusiastic problem solver who can apply their skills independently.
- HR Operations and System Management:
- Collaborate closely with the HR team to execute full-spectrum HR functions, daily operations, and employee services.
- Maintain and update the HR System, ensuring data accuracy.
- Support payroll processing, insurance enrollment/termination, and annual tax-related procedures.
- Employee Lifecycle Management:
- Support new hire onboarding and orientation programs.
- Manage the resignation and offboarding process, ensuring compliance and smooth transitions.
- Manage Contingent Worker Program and related processes.
- Talent Development and Acquisition:
- Plan and implement annual training and development programs.
- Provide recruitment support for partial positions when necessary.
- Policy, Compliance, and Budget:
- Regularly review and enhance HR policies and processes.
- Review and manage employee benefit reimbursement applications.
- Support EWC and related compliance tasks.
- Assist with HR budgeting, forecasting, and periodic report generation.
- Project Management:
- Proactively undertake and execute ad-hoc HR projects and tasks, demonstrating strong planning, problem-solving, and project management capabilities.
Qualifications
- 4+ years of practical, full-function HR experience.
- Proficiency in one of the following areas is required: Compensation & Benefits, Payroll processing, or Talent Acquisition.
- Highly knowledgeable and able to apply the Taiwan Labor Law and related regulations.
- High proficiency with Google Suite (Sheets, Docs, Slides) and hands-on experience operating HR systems.
- Willingness and proven ability to take on various HR projects and assignments, demonstrating strong capabilities in planning, presenting, and implementation.
- Excellent organizational skills, acute attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
- Proactive, collaborative approach to problem-solving.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, as well as strong interpersonal skills.
