Job Summary
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Be Proficient And Expert In Networking Product Development
- Support and deliver high-quality product designs for datacenter switch hardware.
- Clarify and fix issues to co-work with FW RD for the code modification/maintenance.
- Provide technical expertise and customer support for switch products.
- Cross-functional collaboration to resolve the issues and ensure project milestones are met.
- Support projects from design to implementation, ensuring on-time delivery and compliance with industry standards.
- Support debugging, testing, and optimization activities across hardware and system levels.
- Design document writing

Qualifications
5+ of the following requirements should be matched
- MS in EE or CS/CE preferred
- Proven experience in switch product hardware high-quality design and technical execution for 3+ years, Data Center switch is preferred.
- Knowledge in network topology application/configuration.
- Expertise in customer technical support with ability to analyze and resolve issues effectively.
- Demonstrated leadership in project management with successful on-time deliveries.
- Skilled in debugging, troubleshooting, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Proficient in applying industry-standard methodologies, tools, and platforms.
- Tools Experience to be proficient in: Allegro/Oscilloscopes/Lattice Diamond tools/ Cadence/OrCAD schematic tool/Altera Quartus II/PSpice/PADS layout tool/PowerPCB/
Logical analyzer/Spectrum analyzer/PADS/Protel DXP
