The Team and Role:

Logitech is currently seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to become part of the Corporate FP&A team. This role will collaborate with diverse cross-functional departments and support global commercial organization (GCO) opex management. The ideal candidate would be a self-starter with great interpersonal, organizational, technical skills and strong ownership on the data quality for prompt deliverables, who is looking to contribute significantly to a strong and fast-paced group.

  • Manage PO receiving and record accruals promptly as necessary for monthly/quarterly closing.
  • Enhance and automate the comprehensive trackers and Opex analysis to the stakeholders.
  • Compile Management Review Control (MRC) report for internal audit.
  • Educate business teams/ manage Region teams following the financial policies, definitions and processes.
  • Assist in preparation of quarterly reporting packages, analyze trends, drivers, variances and identify both risks and opportunities with insights for overall GCO.
  • Assist in AOP/ Forecast templates and processes continuous improvement.
  • Engage into Corporate digital transformation projects with AI/BI solutions.
  • Provide timely financial support to business teams.
  • Build strong relationships and foster teamwork within business groups, overall finance, and Corporate supporting functions (P&C, Procurement, IT etc.).

Key Qualifications:

For consideration, you must bring the following minimum skills and experiences to our team:

  • 3-5 years of prior experience in Financial Planning & Analysis, experience in Business Finance (Marketing Finance Partner) is an added plus.
  • Experience working with cross functional teams located globally, is a plus.
  • Flexible to deal with global time zones occasionally.
  • Accountable to work independently, stay organized and prioritize deadlines in a continually evolving environment.
  • Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills; must be able to form positive relationships with business partners and peers.
  • Experience in managing large amounts of financial data with the highest degree of accuracy.
  • Excel power user with advanced skill in formulas, strong working knowledge of PowerPoint and Google Doc. Knowledge of financial modelling is a plus.
  • Experience in OneStream and Oracle; Tableau or other BI systems, database relationship structure knowledge highly recommended.
  • Work comfortably with incomplete information and deal with ambiguity in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
  • Professional, articulate, diligent, hardworking, curious, and self-motivated.
  • A passion for problem-solving, identifying trends and turning confusion into comprehension.

  • Bachelor or Equivalent degree in Finance, Accounting or Economics.
