Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Field Service Engineer to join our team in Jhubei City. The Field Service Engineer will be responsible for providing on-site technical support to customers, troubleshooting and repairing equipment, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in engineering, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently. Responsibilities:
- PC uptime improvement
- online issues control on time
- critical issues support on time and escalation following
- quality issues collection
- limited ENG period support on time customer relationship build up
