1. Understand SMT/DIP process technology and possess the ability to set up thermal profiling.
Prepare for new product trial production, with knowledge and capability in: steel plates, fixtures, carriers, standard operating procedures (SOP) parameters for each station, DFM knowledge, and review ability.
Analyze production issues and improve quality, handle customer complaints with 8D reports, defect analysis, and provide effective solutions.
Improve production quality and efficiency while reducing production costs.
Establish production process flow and optimize production processes.6. Communicate and coordinate across departments
Qualifications
Education and/or Experience: 2+ years of relevant experience is preferred.
Language Skills: English, Mandarin.
Good knowledge of computer or electronic components or devices is a plus
Good knowledge of computer or electronic components testing and inspection is a plus
