Job Description
- Maintenance and development of the Facility Monitoring and Control System (FMCS).
- Handling and analyzing common industrial communication issues at job sites (e.g., BACnet, Modbus, TCP/IP).
- Coordinating with PLC/SCADA vendors or equipment suppliers on point mapping, control permissions, and data format planning.
- Assisting with sensor expansion planning (e.g., temperature, flow, power) and providing recommendations for related circuit modifications
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure positive outcomes for projects and services.
- Support the installation, maintenance, and repair of monitoring and control equipment.
- Serve as a resource for engineering and operations.
Requirement
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Electrical, Electronic, Control Engineering, or a related field.
- Practical experience in industrial automation, equipment communication, or system integration
- Ability to independently troubleshoot on-site communication and system integration issues
- Good English reading, writing and speaking skills, able to communicate effectively with international teams and clients.
Skill Set
- Experience in PLC/SCADA system integration
- Industrial communication protocols: BACnet, Modbus, OPC
- Basic concepts of TCP/IP networking
- Proficiency in PLC and SCADA programming.
- Ability to read control diagrams, electrical schematics, and system architecture diagrams
- Basic engineering knowledge, including industrial automation and industrial control systems.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and technical knowledge.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
