Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Planning and execution of trade show events in Taiwan and Korea.
- Coordination with PM, Sales, and Marketing teams on event details.
- Event planning, speaker arrangement, and on-site activity design.
- Support for internal events in Taiwan (e.g., Anniversary Celebration, Year-End Party).
- Handling of internal promotional materials in Taiwan
- Management and printing of printed promotional materials in Taiwan
- Streamlined event organization processes
- Enhanced event interaction and creativity
- Improved communication and sales evaluation between Event and Sales teams
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communication, or related field.
- 35 years of experience in event planning or trade shows.
- Strong project and time management skills.
- Experience in event logistics, speaker setup, and on-site activities.
- Able to handle internal and printed promotional materials.
- Good at organizing and improving event processes.
- Creative in designing interactive event ideas.
- Strong communication skills with Sales and other teams.
- Able to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
- Proficient in MS Office; design tools (Illustrator, InDesign) are a plus.
- Fluent in Mandarin and English; Korean is a plus.
