Responsible for Lead and management equipment department to provide machine technology to finish the company goal including engineer capability, cost saving, good quality, output schedules, automation, machine efficiency, discipline & 6S keeping.

Vishay Siliconix Electronic Co., Ltd MOSFET product line includes a diverse range of advanced technologies. We are one of the pioneering corporations that invested in semiconductor packaging in Taiwan founded in 1974 with around 600 employees. It is very convenient to visit us through public transportation: bus lines and just 8 mins walk from Nanzih Export Processing Zone MRT station and 10 mins drive time from Zuoyang High speed rail station.
What You Will Be Doing
- To review machine troubleshooting and provide immediate action to solve machine problems to meet production output
- Modified machine capability to meet planning schedule for any conversion of part number change and package change
- Efficiently produce/control spare parts to sustain machine running through tool life span evaluation
- Organize, execute, & supervise developmental activities and report or communicate with related parties
- Sustain or project implementation for new Products, Processes, and Equipment
- Upgrade the technical level of maintenance through training or seminar
- Participate the equipment overhaul, PM, calibration of machine to sustain machine under good condition
- Lead and management equipment department to provide machine technology to finish the company
goal including engineer capability, cost saving, good quality, output sched
ules, automation, machine efficiency, discipline & 6S keeping.
What You Will Bring Along
- 15+ years in semiconductor's area
- Proficiency in English.
- Be able to make oversea trip.
- Bachelor or Master degree in Electronics or Electrical Engineering.
