Wiwynn Pioneering Center team is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Technical Manager specializing in Quantum Computers and Sensors to join our team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in participating in relevant quantum computing and quantum sensing organizations, helping Wiwynn gain a competitive edge in the market, and supporting Wiwynn to develop technical capability and future requirements for quantum-classical hybrid systems, quantum infrastructure, and quantum sensing applications.

【Responsibilities】

• Actively participate in industry organizations and forums related to quantum computers, quantum sensors, and quantum-classical hybrid technologies.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and strategic initiatives in quantum computers and sensors.

• Provide technical guidance and support to team members, fostering their professional growth and technical expertise in quantum technologies.

• Monitor industry trends and advancements to ensure Wiwynn remains at the forefront of quantum computers, quantum sensors, and related enabling technologies.

• Develop and implement technical strategies to enhance Wiwynn's market position in quantum computers and sensors.

  • • Liaise with external partners and stakeholders to promote Wiwynn's interests and capabilities in quantum computers, quantum sensing, and quantum infrastructure sectors.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Physics, Electrical Engineering, RF and FPGA Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.

• Excellent people skill and team management skills.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

• Preferred:

◦ Experience in quantum computing, quantum sensing, quantum-classical hybrid systems, or related advanced technologies, with a strong understanding of industry standards and practices.

◦ Experience in high-performance computing, AI infrastructure, cryogenic systems, precision measurement, control systems, or photonics is highly desirable.
