Sr. Device Manager

Job Contents:

1. Provide experienced leadership to the Device Engineering team. Identify areas of growth for team members and drive improvement. Enable the team to understand and take ownership of the customer experience vision.

2. Define device improvement roadmap and setup platform with cross functional teams to identify and rollout improvement measures / projects.

3. Develop new BCD process technologies with foundry partner.

4. Owns and address technology issues (process weaknesses, instabilities, marginalities), with improvement plans, together with the Integration team.

5. Hands-on HV/BCD power device physics and understanding of IC technologies in the marketplace (especially High Voltage, Analog, Mixed Signal BCD processes) and transferring that knowledge to others.

6. Hands-on HV/BCD large array device design & optimization. Good understanding of BCD device design considerations for SPS products.

7. Familiar with device analysis methodology and help integration engineer and reliability engineer solving problems.

Requirements:

1.Master's degree or PhD in electronics, electrical engineering, or related science and engineering fields

2.Experience of BCD technology platform development

3.15+ yrs. experience in Semiconductor industry as a process/device domains

4.5+ years of device manager experience

5.Experience and deep understanding of BCD process technology and LDMOS device physics is a must for this position.

6.Able to handle projects and strategic activities independently and execute them successfully.
