- Support installation and maintenance of chemical analysis instruments.
- Responsible for designated product line instrument installation, maintenance and repairment.
- To promote service contracts and consumables to support Taiwan service team to meet AOP.
- Act as first line customer service representative, to ensure customer satisfaction meets
PerkinElmer standard and expectation.
