Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Support inventory evaluation and cost analysis for server, system, and component-related products.
- Assist in maintaining Bill of Materials (BOM), component costs, and pricing consistency.
BOM
- Prepare cost reports, margin analysis, and related data summaries for management review.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including Purchasing, Sales, Operations, Logistics, and Finance to support daily operations.
- Help monitor inventory, standard costs, and cost variances to ensure data accuracy.
- Support month-end closing activities related to inventory and cost accounting.
- Participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and cost control.
- Support ad hoc analysis, reporting tasks, and special projects assigned by management.
- Work closely with overseas teams in a fast-paced global business environment.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related fields.
- 3+ years of relevant experience in cost analysis, server hardware, inventory management, supply chain, operations management, or related areas is a plus.

- Proficiency in SAP, Microsoft Excel, and basic data analysis is preferred.

- Detail-oriented, organized, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple tasks.
- Positive working attitude and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
- Good English communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to communicate and collaborate with overseas teams in a multinational U.S.-listed company environment.
