Job Description
- Lead the development and execution of Sales Force Effectiveness (SFE) strategies to improve commercial performance.
- Design, monitor, and optimize sales KPIs to enhance field force productivity and effectiveness.
- Analyse sales data and market trends to generate actionable business insights and recommendations.
- Streamline sales processes, tools, and workflows to improve operational efficiency.
- Develop and deliver sales training programmes to strengthen capabilities, product knowledge, and execution excellence.
- Establish performance metrics and provide regular reporting to senior leadership on key commercial initiatives.
- Manage the design, implementation, and administration of sales incentive programmes.
- Drive CRM adoption and leverage sales technologies to improve data quality, visibility, and decision-making.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to support the implementation of commercial strategies and business objectives.
- Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and strengthen sales effectiveness initiatives.
- Manage budgets related to commercial excellence and sales force effectiveness projects.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies, industry regulations, and local governance requirements.

The Successful Applicant
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Administration, or a related discipline; Master's degree preferred.
- 10+ years of experience in Sales Force Effectiveness, Sales Operations, Commercial Excellence, or Sales Management within the healthcare, pharmaceutical, or medical device industry.
- Proven success in developing and implementing commercial strategies that drive business growth and sales productivity.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with experience translating complex data into meaningful business insights.
- Hands-on experience with CRM platforms, sales analytics tools, and Microsoft Office applications.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills.
- Demonstrated leadership experience with the ability to lead teams and influence cross-functional stakeholders.
- Solid understanding of healthcare industry dynamics, compliance requirements, and market trends.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
