The (Sr.) Cloud ERP Engineer is responsible for the implementation and operational support of the AMEA ERP system, as well as contributing to the development of the new Global ERP platform. This role is expected to deliver high-quality work in a timely manner across the following areas:

1. Innovate ERP automation through AI technologies.

2. Develop ERP functionalities on the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central platform based on project and user requirements.

3. Support business operations through effective ERP solutions and streamline ERP process flows.

In addition to project deliverables, the (Sr.) Cloud ERP Engineer is responsible for:

1. Sustaining and maintaining production systems.

2. Troubleshooting and resolving production system defects.

3. Implementing system enhancements and change requests.

Key requirements include:
. Highly interested in ERP automations by AI tools such as Anthropic, OpenAI etc.
. Hands-on experience on Finance Accounting or Order Management module.
. Experience in ERP integrations such as integrating CRM and B2B ordering process is a plus.
. Experience of commercial ERP system implementation is a plus.

Functional and Technical Skill Requirements
. Microsoft D365 Business Central experience is a super plus.
. Data processing knowledge such as T-SQL and stored procedures is a must.
. Good understanding or hands-on experience in one or more of Azure PaaS platform (App Service, Web Service, SQL MI, Logic Apps) is a great plus.
. Implementation experiences on ERP packages (SAP/Oracle etc.) or other Cloud ERP is a plus.
. Good records on communication and teamwork in ERP related projects.
