Sr. Chief Engineer I, PE to join our growing family. In this position, the successful candidate will be responsible for Diffusion module leader and leading team across multiple wafer products to ensure product quality and performance.

What You Will Be Doing
- Establishing a team blueprint aligned with management's strategic priorities
- Sustaining and improving process performance for on time delivery.
- Collaborate with Quality and PIE teams to resolve the quality issue
- Work with PE, PIE, PD, QA, and Purchasing on cost reduction projects including new material evaluations, process modifications, and second-source suppliers to enhance cost competitiveness.
- Collaborate with R&D for new technologies and product development for manufacturing.
What You Will Bring Along
- Bachelor's degree or above in Physics and Chemical Engineering or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the diode field or in the wafer fabrication company.
- Solid understanding of diode and semiconductor processes.
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to handle pressure.
- Proficiency in quality control methods (SPC, DOE) and data analysis software is preferred
- Good communication and coordination skills.
