Job Description

Job Summary**

Lead and manage a key business unit at Taiwan Green Point Enterprises Co., Ltd., driving growth, profitability, and operational excellence in alignment with company objectives.

Job Responsibilities**

  • Develop and execute strategic plans for the assigned business unit, including market analysis, competitive positioning, and product roadmaps.
  • Manage the full profit and loss (P&L) responsibility for the business unit, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance monitoring.
  • Lead and mentor a cross-functional team, fostering a high-performance culture and ensuring effective collaboration across sales, marketing, engineering, and operations.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, cultivate client relationships, and negotiate key contracts to expand market share.
  • Oversee product development and lifecycle management, ensuring products meet market demands, quality standards, and profitability targets.
  • Monitor industry trends, regulatory changes, and technological advancements to proactively adapt business unit strategies.
  • Report regularly to senior management on business unit performance, challenges, and opportunities.
  • Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, and relevant industry regulations.

Job Qualifications**

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • Minimum of 8-10 years of progressive experience in business management, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership role with P&L responsibility.
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and achieving profitability targets in a manufacturing or technology-related industry.
  • Strong strategic thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and lead high-performing teams.
  • Experience in international business and cross-cultural communication is a plus.
  • Proficiency in English and Mandarin Chinese (written and spoken) is required.
