Job Description:

  • Reports to: Sr. Business Unit Manager, Immunology BU
  • Location: Taipei, Taiwan

Purpose Statement:

Lead the comprehension of patient experience insights across the Brand and In Field Team, and develop the Patient Journey to focus the Brand Team on delivering patient-centric strategies.

Core Job Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with Brand and In-Field Team to synthesize insights and identify target segments.
  • Develop and propose strategic objectives for brand positioning to ensure patient-centricity.
  • Guide the design and implementation of marketing activities including innovative marketing tactics and partnerships.
  • Ensure alignment of in-field materials and strategies with brand objectives.
  • Lead the development of marketing inputs to the Strategic Brand Plan and coordinate the Long Range Plan.
  • Monitor brand KPIs, manage budget, and track ROIs for marketing activities.
  • Support the Brand Team with a shared vision and take responsibility for team activities and processes.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree or above
  • At least 2 years of experience in pharmaceutical marketing; less than 10 years working experience with potential mobility will be idea
  • Proven success in the pharmaceutical industry marketing
  • Ability to translate strategies into actionable marketing actions
  • Ability to lead, motivate, and coordinate cross-functional teams
  • Solid working knowledge of the healthcare environment
  • Knowledge of marketing principles, digital knowledge, and finance principles
  • English proficiency in verbal and writing
