Job Description
- Design and optimize NFC antenna systems for mobile and industrial applications
- Conduct feasibility studies, simulations, and performance evaluations
- Collaborate with product and hardware teams to integrate antenna solutions into devices
- Perform testing and validation based on EMVCo, NFC Forum, ISO, and Qi standards
- Document technical findings and provide clear reports for internal and client use
- Support production verification and define electrical performance specifications
- Provide technical training and support to global teams as needed
- Stay current with industry trends and emerging antenna technologies
The Successful Applicant
- Degree in Electrical Engineering, RF/Microwave, Communications, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in NFC antenna design and testing
- Familiarity with NFC chipsets, antenna coil structures, ferrite materials, and matching circuits
- Hands-on experience with simulation tools and test equipment (e.g., Micropross CTS)
- Strong understanding of electromagnetic field behavior and antenna tuning
- Experience with industrial or mobile device integration is a plus
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work across teams
- Willingness to travel based on project needs
