Provide coverage analysis, policy interpretation and risk management recommendations.
Insurance Placement & Market Management
Prepare underwriting submissions and negotiate coverage, premiums and terms with insurers.
Monitor insurance market trends and develop insurer relationships.
Risk Analysis & Solution Development
Analyze loss experience, claims trends and client risk exposures.
Support development of risk transfer, financing and mitigation strategies.
Claims & Service Excellence
Support claims advocacy and coordinate with insurers for timely resolution.
Business Development & Team Contribution
Identify growth opportunities, support proposals and mentor junior colleagues.
Qualifications
Education: Bachelor degree or above in Insurance, Risk Management, Business, Finance, Economics, Law or related discipline. Professional qualifications such as CPCU, ARM, ACII or equivalent are advantageous.
Professional Experience: 3-6 years of experience in Property & Casualty insurance, brokerage, underwriting, claims or risk management.
Technical & Analytical Skills: Strong understanding of P&C products, policy structures, claims analysis and risk assessment. Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
Communication & Collaboration: Excellent English and Mandarin communication skills with strong stakeholder management capability.
