Job Description
- Act as the primary contact for HR inquiries and resolve employee and manager requests with professionalism and accuracy.
- Manage HR cases, calls, emails, and documentation while maintaining complete audit trails and compliance standards.
- Support employee lifecycle transactions, data maintenance, and HR administration activities through HR systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver projects such as annual reward cycles and organizational changes.
- Drive continuous process improvements and provide guidance on HR tools, self-service solutions, and compliance requirements.
The Successful Applicant
- Previous experience in HR Operations, especially across the hire-to-retire employee life cycle.
- Strong customer service mindset with a passion for delivering excellent employee experiences.
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Chinese with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders.
- Strong attention to detail, sound judgement, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with Workday or other HR technologies.
