About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical professional to join our Finance team. This role will be responsible for end-to-end accounting and fund reconciliation across our core business lines, including cryptocurrency wallets, card services, and wealth management products.
You will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and compliance of financial data across complex transaction flows, while partnering with cross-functional teams to drive automation and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
Reconciliation & Fund Control
- Perform daily and monthly reconciliations across multiple systems, including wallets, card platforms, bank accounts, payment gateways, and exchanges
- Investigate and resolve discrepancies, ensuring timely closure of reconciling items
- Analyze and manage exception cases such as blockchain delays, chargebacks, and FX variances
Accounting & Financial Closing
- Prepare and review journal entries (JE) for:
- O Crypto wallet transactions (deposits, withdrawals, swaps, gas fees)
- o Card transactions (authorization, clearing, settlement, refunds, disputes)
- o Wealth management products (subscriptions, redemptions, yield distribution, NAV)
- Support and lead month-end and year-end closing processes
- Ensure accurate recognition of multi-currency transactions, including FX gain/loss calculations
Financial Analysis & Reporting
- Track key financial and operational metrics (e.g., transaction volume, fund utilization, user yield)
- Prepare periodic financial reports and analysis to support business performance and decision-making
Process Improvement & Automation
- Collaborate with Product, Tech, and Risk teams to enhance financial systems and workflows
- Drive automation initiatives for reconciliation and reporting processes
- Improve internal controls and operational efficiency within finance operations
We're Looking For
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
- 1–3 years of relevant experience in accounting, finance, or audit
- Experience in FinTech, payments, banking, crypto, or Big 4 firms is an advantage
- Strong understanding of general ledger and accounting principles
