Act as the key owner of assigned accounts, balancing relationship development, commercial alignment, and execution excellence to support sustainable growth and long-term partnerships.
Responsibilities
- Manage assigned key accounts, strengthening relationships while identifying and supporting business growth opportunities
- Serve as the primary interface with customers, aligning on demand planning, delivery expectations, and ongoing business priorities
- Facilitate commercial activities including quotation, pricing alignment, and contract coordination, ensuring practical and sustainable business terms
- Coordinate closely with internal teams to align customer demand with production capacity, securing reliable and on-time delivery
- Oversee order fulfillment, including order tracking, production progress, and shipment readiness
- Work cross-functionally with factories, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth execution and timely issue resolution
- Anticipate and manage risks across demand, supply, and delivery, maintaining operational stability while supporting business continuity
Qualifications
- 5–10+ years in ODM/OEM or electronics manufacturing, with key account experience
- 3+ years of team management experience
- Solid understanding of supply chain, order management, and manufacturing operations
- Familiar with pricing, quotation, and basic cost structure (BOM)
- Strong ability to align customers and internal teams to drive execution and support account growth
- Fluent in English; experience working with European/American customers or overseas exposure is a plus
