Description and Requirements
Responsibility:
1.Monitor L10 GPU server supplier's quality performance and drive continuous improvement.
2.Engineering change management for electronic product, include product qualification, testing & process qualification, reworking/sorting arrangement and lead time management.
3.Work together with WW team and supplier on trouble shooting for quality issue.
Regular audit and qualification of supplier to make sure their quality management system runs well to guarantee their quality level.
4.Involved into NPI stage to be proactively review supplier's manufacturing/testing process and quality control process through FMEA and Fool-proof methodologies to ensure high level product quality in whole life cycle.
5.Coordinate with global cross function teams for special project to support company business.
Requirement:
Experience in Supplier Quality Engineering or manufacturing quality within technology industry.
Strong experience in supplier quality management, audits, and process control.
Knowledge of engineering change management and product qualification processes.
Professional proficiency in English and Mandarin.
Familiarity with quality tools such as FMEA and yield analysis.
Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Experience in server or data center preferred, and open for other hardware domains
Experience supporting NPI/Sustaining programs and supplier readiness activities
Knowledge of global supplier management and manufacturing environments
