Responsibilities This role will provide YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career. These responsibilities include some of the following: Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals and institutions in your assigned area. Conduct professional visits and academic discussions to share relevant information and insights. Develop and implement business plans aligned with company priorities and local market needs. Gather and analyze customer insights to identify opportunities for impactful projects. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment and deliver results. Ensure all activities comply with company policies, ethical standards, and local regulations. Basic Qualification We are seeking professionals with the following required skills and qualifications to help us achieve our goals: Bachelor's degree, preferably in medicine, pharmacy, biology, or related fields. Minimum of 3 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales or medical communication. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Proven ability to analyze data and develop strategic plans. Proficiency in basic computer applications, including Word and Excel. Fluency in Mandarin and English, both written and spoken. Preferred Qualification If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus: Experience in specialty medicines or biological treatments. Knowledge of the local healthcare landscape and key stakeholders. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills. Passion for making a positive impact on patients lives. Resilience and adaptability in a dynamic work environment. Work Environment This role is on-site and based in Taiwan.
