Responsibilities
- Manage and resolve credit card chargeback cases in a timely and efficient manner
- Investigate and analyze chargeback claims, gather supporting documentation, and provide appropriate responses to card networks
- Collaborate with internal teams, such as fraud, compliance, and customer service, to ensure a comprehensive approach to chargeback resolution
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the chargeback management workflow
- Maintain accurate records and generate reports to track chargeback trends and metrics
- Provide training and guidance to the team on chargeback policies and procedures
Requirements
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in credit card operations or chargeback management
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with internal and external stakeholders
- Proficient in using relevant software and systems for chargeback processing
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Adaptable to changes in policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
