Join us now as Specialist - Fund Accounting in Taiwan within the Fund Accounting team.
What You Do
- Execute settlement for global and local securities and financial instruments across funds and mandates, including equities, bonds, FX, futures, repo, FOF and others.
- Monitor, process and resolve global corporate action events in coordination with custodians and internal teams.
- Perform daily reconciliation of open trades and cash position reports from subcustodian banks.
- Reconcile holding reports between the custodian bank and AGI Taiwan accounts to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Coordinate and process documentation for overseas account openings.
- Investigate and resolve settlementrelated issues, ensuring timely followup and escalation when required.
What You Bring
- Licenses: Senior Securities Specialist, SITE, and SICE licenses.
- Bachelor's degree in business or a related discipline.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.
- Fluent in Mandarin with solid English reading and writing capability.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills; able to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- High attention to detail, strong sense of ownership, and commitment to delivering highquality results.
- Proven problemsolving skills and the ability to manage tasks independently.
- Selfmotivated, adaptable and eager to learn; demonstrates agility in a fastpaced environment.
- Able to work under pressure while maintaining a positive and solutionsoriented mindset.
- Experience in fund accounting or settlement operations.
- Experience within financial institutions such as fund house, global custodian banks or international brokerage firms.
- Familiarity with financial instruments and market practices; knowledge across bonds, equities, FX, futures, repo and corporate action processes.
