Molex is looking for a detail‑oriented Engineering Operations / Administrative Specialist to support engineering system operations, master data management, and cross‑functional coordination. This role serves as a key link between Engineering, Production, Finance, and Quality, ensuring accurate system data, cost control, and smooth execution from sample stage through NPI.
Our Team
- Engineering system and master data maintenance
- Engineering Change Notice (ECN) coordination
- Cost tracking for molds, fixtures, and materials
- Sample, inventory, and compliance data support
What You Will Do
Create and maintain SAP master data (MM, BOM, Routing) to ensure data accuracyCoordinate ECN processes, including numbering, system updates, and notificationsTrack and reconcile costs related to molds, fixtures, raw materials, and outsourced processesManage sample tracking, lead times, and inventory counting activitiesProvide production flow and routing reports to support cost and process alignmentMaintain engineering‑related systems and documentation
Support engineering teams with administrative and cross‑department coordination tasks
Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)
- Bachelor's degree or above
- 5+ years of experience in manufacturing, engineering operations, or production control
- Strong SAP experience, particularly with MM, BOM, and Routing
- Fluent in Chinese; basic English reading and writing capability
- Strong Excel skills and high attention to detail
- Effective communicator with the ability to work across functions
What Will Put You Ahead
- Experience supporting NPI activities in electronics manufacturing
- Familiarity with Salesforce, DMS, or PLM‑type systems
