Job Description

:

As a Specialist in Channel Marketing, you will support Channel Marketing team (in Sales & Distribution) to ensure the seamless execution of channel marketing strategies.

Job Responsibilities

  • Support Central Strategy and Planning team to perform regular reviews of market trends and channel performance (including China & International Markets), ensuring the launched initiatives align with the central planning strategy.

  • Gather and consolidate market insights from markets and channels to identify learning and opportunities for improvement, building up the learning library.

  • Take a key role in Branding & IP review process to guarantee adherence t o brand guidelines and collaborate with the team to maintain brand integrity across international market and channels.

  • Monitor and review online travel product shelving, offering insights and recommendations for optimization.

  • Assist in managing sales-led influencer marketing campaigns, tracking key performance indicators (KPIs), and preparing reports on campaign effectiveness.

  • Coordinate logistics for in-park tours and events, such as trade familiarization tours, shootings and visits of influencers/ content creators. Ensures that all logistical elements arrive on time and in perfect condition.

  • As the key supporter of Channel Marketing team financial cycle, managing purchase orders, tracks approval workflows, records goods receipts, processes invoices and payments accurately and maintaining bookkeeping records.

  • Sets up new vendor accounts and prepares service agreements with standard templates.

  • Responsible for managing office, warehouses and sharepoints, the Specialist liaises with vendors to place orders, arrange deliveries, and organizes the storage and retrieval of marketing assets in the warehouse.

Requirements

  • 4-6 years of experience in marketing, digital marketing, or the travel industry. Background in OTA platforms or influencer marketing is a plus.

  • Candidates with administrative experience and a strong interest in marketing are welcome.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office experience with SAP or Coupa is advantageous.

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.

  • Excellent communication skills in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.

  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

  • Eagerness to learn and leverage new technologies, including AI tools.
