Job Description:

Conduct branch health check and examine operational compliance
Perform as independent reviewer to evaluate the control environment of branches and identify branch risk exposure
Review and manage escalation on security violations, operational losses, frauds, and control gaps
Conclude and highlight findings/issues of branch risk assessment to senior management
Involve in the discussion of new process design as well as re-engineering process
Conduct training and enhance BM/BSM control concept

Our Ideal Candidates:

5:10 years experience with branch operations or control functions are preferred.
Strong awareness of risk and control factors
Good analytical skill and experts on Excel/PowerPoint/Word
Able to express opinion clearly and capture out key points
High Self-initiative and details management to meet deadline
Business travel required (on-site branch visit)
