Responsibilities
- Responsible for conducting audits and reviews of consumer banking-related areas, including but not limited to retail banking, wealth management, cards and consumer lending
- Serve as an audit project leader, driving the end-to-end audit process from planning to reporting
- Utilize data analysis techniques to identify and assess risks, as well as to provide data-driven insights and recommendations
- Collaborate with various stakeholders, including business units and control functions, to ensure effective risk management and control
- Provide expertise and guidance to the audit team on consumer banking related matters
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of audit methodologies and practices
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, policies, and procedures
Requirements
- Minimum 10 years of experience in consumer banking business auditing or in the consumer banking field end-to-end operations
- Proven track record of leading audit projects or risk control management and delivering high-quality, impactful audit reports
- Proficient in data analysis and the use of relevant tools and techniques
- Strong understanding of consumer banking products, processes, and risks
- Excellent problem-solving, logical&critical thinking, and communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
