1. Assist in the coordination and execution of business strategies, projects, and initiatives.

2. Prepare reports, presentations, and pertinent documentation for meetings and decision-making processes.

3. Manage scheduling, communications, and task prioritization to optimize efficiency.

4. Conduct research and analysis to support business planning and strategic decisions.

5. Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to facilitate seamless operations.

6. Track follow-ups and ensure the timely execution of assigned tasks.

7. Handle confidential matters with professionalism and discretion.

8. Execute assigned tasks on behalf of the HPCBU head.

9. Product/market survey analysis.

Condition

* Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills are essential.

* Must be able to multitask and manage details.

* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Copilot, Google Suites, and business communication tools is required.

* Experience in project management, business operations, and/or executive support is preferred.

* Management consulting experience is preferred but not required.

* An understanding of current technologies is a plus.

* Familiarity with AI-powered tools is a plus.
