Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage 1-2 very large programs connected across multiple applications, Value Teams, and Platform components to ensure that these programs stay on target and deliver business value quickly.

  • Drive business outcomes by providing focused updates on multiple projects across programs.

  • Serve as an individual contributor while actively influencing, coaching, and mentoring resources across various projects.

  • Develop and implement project management strategies that align with organizational goals and objectives.

  • Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful project delivery.

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.

  • Facilitate communication and coordination among project teams, ensuring alignment and synergy.

  • Prepare and present project status reports to senior leadership and stakeholders.

  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the project management team.

  • Ensure project costs are well managed and identify opportunities for efficiencies and cost savings.

  • Consistently review and report on project status

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business, Management, or a related field.

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in program/project management

  • Proven track record of managing large-scale projects.

  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies and best practices.

  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to influence, coach, and mentor team members across various projects.

  • Proficiency in project management software and tools.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, agile environment.

Preferred

  • Master's degree in business administration (MBA) or a related field.

  • PMP (Project Management Professional) certification.

  • Experience with Agile and Lean methodologies.

  • Preferred experience with Veeva Vault CRM, modern data platforms, digital capabilities, and AI-enabled solutions, with an understanding of how these domains support enterprise transformation.

  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance in the pharmaceutical industry.

  • Experience in driving business outcomes through strategic project management.

  • Demonstrated ability to foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
