- Stayupdatedonmarketchanges,competitors,andchangesinupstreamanddownstreamcompanies.
- Understandthedynamicsofmarketpricechangestoensurethenecessarytelecommunicationsoperatorresourcesforthecompany'sbusinessdevelopment.
- Integratevarioustypesofresourcesindifferentregions(overseasIDC,IPT,IEPL,high-bandwidthDIA,etc.),provideeffectivesolutions,timelysupportresourcerequirementsinmajorprojects,andmeetprojectrequirements.
- Costmanagement,controltheprocurementcostofnewresources,andnegotiatefeereductionsforexistingbusiness.
- Handletheprocurementofequipment,systems,andotherhardwareandsoftwareresourcesrequiredforintegratedprojects.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in computer science, electronics, or related fields.
- Over 3 years of work experience in the telecommunications industry.
- Familiar with telecommunications operator products and prices such as overseas IDC, IPT, IEPL, and high-bandwidth DIA.
- Have good relationships with relevant industry suppliers.
- Outgoing personality, good communication and coordination skills, strong business negotiation skills.
- Ability to integrate resources and provide solutions.
- Fluent in spoken English and Chinese
