Responsibilities
- Act as resident expert in an assigned product group
- Collaborate with Worldwide Team to plan manufacturing capacity, prepare supply chain for new product ramps, lead timely actions to resolve supply issues and provide accurate risk assessments and supply projections
- Manage forecast and supply, ensure supply chain flexibility to minimize risks
- Manage and develop suppliers to maintain industry leading quality, delivery and cost
- Develop and maintain professional and productive business partnership with suppliers
- Work with cross-functional teams and supply chain to achieve business goals and objectives
- Spot improvement opportunities in supply chain and work to execute key initiatives and strategies
- Participate in supplier evaluation and selection
Qualifications
- A BS/BA degree (an advanced degree like an MBA, MS or higher is preferred)
- Experience in AI/Thermal-related industries or roles
- Prior experience in Operations/Supply Chain Management or Components Management is a plus
- English and Mandarin fluency
Preferred Qualifications
- Required with 5+ years of experience in strategic sourcing, procurement, or supply chain management.
- Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in sourcing tools and ERP systems
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
