Summary

What you will do:

  • Provide courteous, professional and efficient F&B service at all times
  • Recommend wines to guests and ensure an exceptional dining experience
  • Support wine list maintenance and assist with inventory control
  • Build and maintain positive rapport with guestsYou will be responsible to provide an excellent and consistent level of service to your customers and to serve Food & Beverage to guests, provide a courteous, professional, efficient and flexible service in order to maximize guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

What you should have:

  • Qualification in Food and Beverage Service training
  • Diploma/Certificate in Hospitality or Tourism Management
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in wine service in a hotel/ restaurant with good standards
  • Good Wine and Bar Knowledge (WSET level 2or Equivalent is a plus)
  • Good communication skills and language skills
  • A great team player who is customer-oriented, attentive and hospitable
