To drive net-new business acquisition in the Unified Communications (UC) and collaboration technology sector. You will hunt new enterprise and government accounts, positioning integrated solutions that modernize the hybrid workplace.
Key Responsibilities:
Drive New Business: Hunt, qualify, and close net-new sales opportunities within Large Enterprise and Government sectors to hit revenue targets.
Solution Selling: Assess client IT environments and pitch integrated UC, cloud voice, and hybrid workplace solutions.
Executive Networking: Build and maintain relationships with key IT decision-makers, including CIOs, IT Directors, and procurement leads.
Partner Ecosystems: Partner with major tech providers (Microsoft, Zoom, Cisco) and AV channels to generate co-sell pipelines.
Sales Operations: Lead complex tender submissions, manage sales pipeline via CRM, and collaborate with internal pre-sales engineering teams.
Requirements:
Experience: 3+ years of B2B sales experience in UC, Enterprise IT, Audio Visual (AV) integration, or Managed Services.
Track Record: Proven success in winning large enterprise contracts or public sector tenders.
Tech Knowledge: Strong understanding of modern workplace platforms, SaaS collaboration software, and network-based AV setup.
Communication: Sharp pitching and negotiation skills, with the ability to speak to both business and technical stakeholders.
Mindset: Self-motivated, proactive hunter with a results-driven attitude.
